Negotiator

If you like the particular property, we negotiate with the seller on your behalf aiming to achieve the lowest price possible. Payment for our services is 10% – 30% of the achieved discount.

Adviser

We provide you with a 60-minute free consultation on buying property in UAE. We develop a buying strategy and determine the search area with you.

Seller

We conclude a contract for the sale of your property. We analyze your situation, preferred method of sale, terms and structure of the deal. Our commissions are from 2% to 5% + VAT.
